Fight against Terrorism

It was another dark night in Mumbai on 13th July 2011, Wednesday, when thousands of people got injured and many people were reported dead by terrorist attacks. It is a shame that we are seeing many people dying but are not doing anything. Once again there was a dangerous attack and once again we Indians had to bow infront of fear. Once again there shall be concerned voices raised by those in authority. Once again Mumbai will show its resilience and get back to work as rapidly as possible. Once again TV channels shall give exclusive reports from the site of the action, claiming how they were the first to bring this tragedy to your doorstep. At the end of the day, even when you are fighting an adversary, the desire, by certain forces to capitalize on the situation does not change. But for all the Indians there is a big question that for how long will we live in fear of such attacks? Once again the city shall limp back to normalcy and in a few months the incident will be forgotten and fresh topics will take place of this. I can’t understand why do we forget such dangerous things? We should remember about all this and take necessary actions. Why are they not killing Kasab? Killing Kasab is a small punishment for Pakistan, in fact he should be given to the public and the decision made by the public for him is will be appropriate and well served for a terrorist like Kasab.

We have to be with each other and fight against the terrorist attacks that are taking place in our nation. It’s our nation how can we let anyone destroy it? Today I, Shivani Singh, a 15-year-old girl, am taking pledge to fight against terrorism and appeal for your support. If I can do it, then you too can. It is my humble request to all the readers of this blog to kindly support me and fight against terrorism. I may be from Uttar Pradesh, but when there is any blast in any state of my country; my heart fills with great fear because I’m a true Indian. So, from now onwards I’m fighting against terrorism in my way and if you are with me please leave a comment.
I pay my tributes to the killed people and extend my sympathy for their family members.
Stay at home and be safe
Love
Shivani Singh
